WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

I am based in Surrey in the UK. My work is predominately from overseas – time difference is no issue, I work extended hours and maintain great communication with my clients, whether they are 10 minutes up the road or across the Atlantic.

WHAT DESIGN SERVICE DO YOU OFFER?

I create artwork for print and digital media. I also work on logo and branding design for items such as packaging, business cards, shop signage, leaflets, posters, stickers, apparel, packaging, homeware and one-off illustrations to name just a few.

A majority of my work is used on products within the food and drinks industry. I have worked on numerous beer bottle and hot sauce bottle labels – something which I have a huge passion for. I am actively searching for new products to put my work on!

HOW DOES YOUR DESIGN PROCESS WORK?

I involve my clients as much as possible in the design process, from initial discussion to going through reference material together. I aim to keep you informed with every step of the design process. Once discussed I will get to work and provide you with a concept of the design, making sure you are happy to proceed. After the design is complete and you have paid, I will provide you with the final work in your prefered file type. I can advise best file types for the type of medium you will be using my work for.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE MY DESIGN?

I have a fast turn around and aim to get work finished as soon as possible, without jeopardising the quality of the finished product. I aim to have work completed within 10 days of starting. If you have a job which is time-sensitive, I can do my very best to get the job completed quicker.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY DESIGN IS FINISHED?

Once I have received payment I can provide you with the file types you need. Via email or Dropbox. I am always happy to recommend file types which will be of use.

DO YOU OFFER A PRINT SERVICE?

Unfortunately, I only offer a design service. I can recommend reputable and reasonably priced online printing companies or a printing company based on your location, if possible.

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

I have no hourly rate charge. I work on a job by job basis, where each separate job is quoted with a fixed price before any work is undertaken – no hidden charges. The price you’re initially quoted for the work is the price you pay on completion. 

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept payment on completion of work. Payment can be accepted through bank transfer or via PayPal. I do not accept any other forms of payment.
