Can you work from a poor quality photo?

Depending on the overall quality, I can work from old/grainy photos. I can also work from most screenshots on Google Maps, providing its clear enough.

Can you add/remove details?

Absolutely. I can add personalised touches such as dates, messages and personalised backgrounds including illustration to removing details like satellite dishes and bins!
